At CS Paintless Dent Repair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure every repair meets our professional standards. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or adjustments may apply.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our paintless dent repair services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the repair, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will inspect the issue and, if appropriate, rework the repair at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Adjustments

Refunds or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:

The repair was not completed as described in the service agreement or estimate.
We determine that the dent cannot be successfully repaired using the paintless dent repair method after an attempt was made.
A duplicate payment or billing error occurred.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.
Damage occurs to the repaired area after service (e.g., new dents, scratches, or accidents).
Services were performed correctly and met industry standards.

3. Deposit Refunds

If a deposit was required for your appointment:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit, at the company’s discretion.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment type) within 5–10 business days.
