I'm visiting my sister in San Antonio from out of state and walked out to my car and saw one large ding in the roof above my windshield! My car is my baby so I immediately began researching PDR shops in the area. CS Paintless Dent Repair had amazing reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try.

I went over close to first thing in the morning. I met Chris, who is awesome, and he went over the process and cost with me. He was able to squeeze me in same day and you can't even tell there was a ding there! Super impressed with his work and will definitely be using his service again (though hopefully I won't have a need...but dings happen).

Chris at CS Paintless Dent Repair has really impressed me with his excellent work and customer service. This morning I had a couple free hours and just went to him for an estimate. For the work I needed, I expected to pay more and have to come back at a later time. The estimate he gave was very reasonable and he said he could start right away and it would take about 1/2 hour. He finished the car and made it look brand new again. I am completely happy with the quality of service he provided, the quick turnaround time, and the cost of the service. Additionally, Crystal was very friendly and helpful at arranging everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of paintless dent removal.

This was a great experience all around. I am about to list my car for sale and wanted to get some hail damage and door dings taken care of before I placed the listing. I went to several PDR places in San Antonio (two near the airport and two others off of Bandera) before deciding to trust my work with Chris.
His estimate for four dents was more than $200 BELOW everyone else and it was much easier to schedule a drop-off time. He even took me home after the drop-off. His level of customer service and attentiveness was refreshing after dealing with his competitors. (I showed up to an appointment at one of his competitors and nobody was there.)
As you can see from the pictures, the work he does is fantastic, and he turned it around the following day.
